- Do I pay if you cannot fix the problem?
- If we cannot make progress on your issue, we will discuss options with you before any charge applies.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due at the end of the visit.
- Do I need to have anything ready before you arrive?
- Just your device and a rough idea of the problem. We take care of everything else.
- Do you charge for travel?
- No. Travel within Durham Region is always included in the flat fee.
- How quickly can I book a visit?
- We usually have appointments available within a few days. For scam recovery or urgent issues, same-day visits are often possible. Call us directly if you need help quickly.
