- Do I pay if you cannot fix the problem?
- If we cannot make progress on your issue, we will discuss options with you before any charge applies.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due at the end of the visit.
- Do I need to have anything ready before you arrive?
- Just your device and a rough idea of the problem. We take care of everything else.
- Do you charge for travel?
- No. Travel within Durham Region is always included in the flat fee.
- Are parts or software extra?
- The visit fee covers our time. If something needs to be bought, like a cable, a new router, or a software subscription, we tell you the cost first and you decide. Nothing gets added to the bill without your say so.
- What makes an Online Safety Visit more than $149?
- More accounts or devices to secure, or a follow-up visit if something needs a second look. We confirm the price with you before starting, so there are no surprises at the end.
- How soon can you come?
- Two different things. We reply to every call and message the same business day. For the visit itself, most appointments happen within a day or two, and same-day visits are sometimes possible, especially for scam recovery. Call us if it is urgent.
